Make a new connection profile in your mobile phone as follows :

• Create new Gprs settings in your mobile phone 
• Put proxy as - 200.57.88.167
• Put Proxy as - 80 
• Put Apn (access point) as airtelgprs.com 
• Set Homepage as - 203.115.112.5   OR   202.46.201.112
